About the artist

The Sergare brothers, also known as Sera and Gare, are an artistic duo from Burgos with deep roots in urban art.

Their journey began with an unusual first commission: painting a Land Rover for a dealership presentation. Since then, their work has evolved into large-scale murals, storefront shutters, canvases and interventions across many kinds of surfaces.

They work mainly with spray paint while also experimenting with mixed techniques. Their pieces often respond to the surrounding space and tell stories connected to local culture and identity.

One of their milestones was creating one of the largest murals in Castilla y León, dedicated to Francisco de Grandmontagne in Gamonal, Burgos, covering around 200 m².

Their work has also reached China, Latvia, Japan, Greece, Thailand, the United States and Taiwan, strengthening an international trajectory that keeps growing.
